Unlocking all the trophies and the platinum is quite simple. One of the easiest trophies you can unlock without any trouble is 'Welcome Back!' (Return to the hub world). Getting the silver trophy 'Hashtag all filters' might be tricky (Collect all the camera filters): Only 8.0% of players got this very rare trophy.
