Vaccine Rebirth Trophies
It's not much of an issue to unlock the platinum trophy. The trophy 'Cockroach' will be the first trophy to get (First creature kill). The rarest trophy is the gold trophy 'King duck' (Reach the "true ending" without killing anyone). Of all players only 13.9% managed to get this very rare trophy.
