How to Get the Platinum Trophy in Trailmakers?

In this game you can unlock only 23 trophies, including a platinum trophy. The platinum is rather short and easy. Getting every trophy will take you about 15 hours.

Trailmakers Trophies
You have to put some effort into this to unlock this shiny platinum trophy. The easiest trophy you will get at the beginning is 'Car Collector' (Download and load in a vehicle from the Gallery). The rarest trophy of all is the silver trophy 'Island Hopper' (Land on all the floating islands above Race Island). It has a rarity of only 1.2% (ultra rare).
