Most of the trophies are quite simple to earn. One of the easiest trophies you will unlock without any trouble is 'An Apple A Day...' (Complete the Hospital). Getting the gold trophy 'Completionist' might be tricky (Get all the Trophies): Only 9.3% of players got this very rare trophy.
