You have to put some effort into this to unlock this shiny platinum trophy. The easiest trophy you will get at the beginning is 'Body Bags' (Get 100 kills). The gold trophy 'San Amaro's Finest' is the trophy that can be tricky (Complete a case on Hard difficulty). Of all players only 1.3% managed to get this ultra rare trophy.
