Most of the trophies are quite easy to get. The very first trophy you can earn will be 'Junior Explorer' (Earn your first Explorer Medallion). The last trophy you will unlock is 'An Alternate Dimension' (Beat the game in New Game+ mode). This trophy is very rare (only 12.7%).
