Going for the platinum trophy is no big deal. The easiest trophy you can get at the beginning is '2 Fast 2 Delicious' (Unlock your first item). Watch out for 'Zeppolicious!' (Find all Zeppole on the island): This one might be tricky. Only 6.5% of players got this very rare trophy.
