You won't have much trouble getting 100% of the trophies. The first trophy to get will probably be 'Take a breathe...' (Die less than a second after the (re)loading of the level). The last trophy you will earn is 'Sad reality' (Complete single player normal mode). It has a rarity of only 3.1%.
