You won't have much trouble getting every trophy. The easiest trophy you will get at the beginning is 'Blackened Canvas' (Encountered the event in the room with the eyedrops where the canvas is blacked out). The last trophy you will earn is 'Garry's Face...' (Encountered the event where Garry's face in the mirror is blacked out). This trophy is quite rare (only 20.5%).
