Unlocking the platinum trophy is quite simple. The easiest trophy you will get at the beginning is 'Rat Domination!' (Enter the dungeons as the Rat King). Getting the bronze trophy 'How about a speedrun?' might be tricky (Complete one playthrough in under 20 minutes): Only 7.4% of players got this very rare trophy.
