It's not much of an issue to earn all the trophies and the platinum. One of the easiest trophies you can unlock without any trouble is 'Clear as Crystal' (Complete Day 1). The rarest trophy required for the platinum is the gold trophy 'Time After Time' (Escaped the recurring prison of time). This is a quite rare trophy (only 27.5%).
