You should follow a guide to unlock this shiny platinum trophy. The easiest trophy you will get at the beginning is 'I made fire!' (Start a fire). Watch out for 'Mr... I don't feel so good' (At the same time get leeches, fever, poison, food poisoning, parasites, insomnia, dirt and any wound): This one can be tricky.
