Most of the trophies are simple. The trophy 'Fruit Fight' will be the easiest one to unlock (Kill 500 fruit total). Be aware that the gold trophy 'Basket Case' might be tricky (Destroy a Basket Enemy). Please use the video guide above if you need help.
