Unlocking every trophy is not much of an issue. The easiest trophy you can get at the beginning is 'False Alarm' (Respond to a false alarm). The rarest trophy of all is the silver trophy 'Senior Fire Chief' (Get promoted to Senior Fire Chief). This trophy is ultra rare (only 0.2%).
